She gestures towards bold text reading, "I’m not talking theory, I’m the case study", referring to menopause, set against a blue abstract background with connecting lines and nodes. The tone is motivational and professional.

I’m Not Another Menopause Coach

I lived through misalignment so severe it nearly took my life (a few times) and that’s how I became the intersection between mindset, biohacking, neuroscience and spiritual evolution.

What makes me, ME

From a high-achieving wreck to a high-performance blast.

45 and thriving when life decided to wipe the floor with me (again). Less than 5 years from my double mastectomy (when I cut the 15 years old ties between me and the corporate world), I was getting ready for a total hysterectomy which catapulted me into a ferocious menopause.

And there I was, the unflinching one, writhing in agony, unable to work, coaching business on hold, physically dependent, with my kidneys and liver on the brink of failure, unable to hold down foods or water and a strong contraindication for HRT.

Battling a premature surgical menopause, but still in full control of my mind.

So, I decided to rebel once more, to turn it all (including menopause) into the most intelligent upgrade of my life.

What sets me apart from other coaches?

There are three things that have nothing to do with my credentials and my work experience even though is hard to find a nurse and a certified coach with an extensive corporate background all in one.

  • I’m an empath. Once we click with each other, I’ll tune into you and sense vibes, strengths and struggles that you might not be aware of.
  • I’m a solution-finder. I believe that “where there’s a will, there’s a way” and if you read this, chances are your will is strong.
  • I don’t give up. Your dream is my dream, your goal is my goal, and if at any point you might need more help than I can offer, I’ll partner with you in finding it.

My vision.

A world where menopause is not a decline but an initiation, a rebirth into alignment, wisdom, and unapologetic authenticity.

And success isn’t how much you achieve; it’s how fully you inhabit yourself.

My purpose.

Seeing you transcend into the best version of yourself fuels me. The second-best thing is to know that I’m by your side in this metamorphic journey.

The Story So Far

The "Oh Sh*t" Moment That Started It All…

Despite having used coaching almost my entire corporate career, the trigger that truly shifted my path was a dreadful performance work evaluation from 2011. I can still hear those words “we won’t evaluate your work, but your ATTITUDE….” I did have an attitude; I just couldn’t see it. However, the pain of hearing that my work didn’t count- an atrocious experience for a hyper-achiever- powered my self-discovery adventure.

THE NEXT STEP OF THE JOURNEY

Once I got to taste from the power of what others were calling “Potential”, I just couldn’t stop. A deep desire of putting to a good use that wealth of knowledge I’ve acquired has emerged.

AND THAN, BANG!!!

After 4 years of perimenopause, I was now forced to go through a surgically induced menopause. Furthermore, “coping” with the menopause symptoms and all the post-surgery complications seemed surreal. If that wasn’t enough, 6 months after the surgery I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and autoimmune thyroid.

So, I began using all my tools: my mindset tricks, my chemistry-biology studies and medical knowledge (registered nurse- long story) to research the most effective ways to manage the menopause symptoms, stop and reverse the decline.

WHAT I DID NEXT?

Then I returned to Yoga, this time as a student, starting with completing a 200 hours training, deepened with a 300 hours holistic therapies teacher training. And that’s mainly because I needed all the help I could get; I was at high risk of fracture and I needed a menopause workout that didn’t feel like chores.

THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE

In a world where anyone can claim to be a coach as this is a non- regulated profession, I’ve trained with a reputable institution The Coaching Academy. Furthermore, I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation, which is the Benchmark of excellence in this field, setting a clear Code of Ethics to which I abide, so you can rest assured that you’re investing in a real transformative coaching experience.

THE OTHER THING THAT HAPPENED- YOUR MAGNIFICENT MIND

What made me choose menopause?

I expanded my research into gut health, the gut-brain axis, neuroplasticity and biohacking. This involved a particular focus on the nutritional biochemistry, supplementation mechanisms, and bioavailability. Furthermore, I tested and monitored all of my findings under medical supervision.

And the outcomes emerged. Starting with insomnia, chronic generalised joint pain, stiffness, hot flushes, anxiety, mood swings, cognitive impairment, hair loss and no libido to severe osteoporosis and autoimmune thyroid, I nailed them one by one.

Why keep all this knowledge to myself when we’re millions struggling to “cope”?
